We plan and manage large-scale construction projects from rebuilding the compromised seawall to helping revitalize our downtown. Often spanning a few years, these projects involve several phases before the work is complete.
In addition to daily road and town services maintenance, DPW teams and sub-contractors have completed or will be working on the following projects for fiscal year 2023.
Moulton Lane Resurfacing, Sidewalk and Drainage Project
Water main replacement was completed during the summer of 2023. DPW then removed/replaced failing road culverts, installed a new drainage system and new road base for resurfacing by contractors from Libby Scott Paving. New curbs and a new sidewalk were also part of this project and run the entire length of Moulton Lane. This project is now considered substantially complete.
